Cognitive Behavorial Sessions

CBC

I have worked with Cognitive Behavorial Coaching for several years, specializing with children with Behavorial or special needs.  I love this work and put my soul into it.  I also work with adults too.


Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBC focuses on empowering individuals to develop practical skills to overcome obstacles, enhance emotional well-being, and achieve personal and professional success. 


We do this by Identifying limiting beliefs, understanding negative thought patterns that may be holding you back.  We challenge negative thinking and learn how to reframe negative thoughts into constructive thoughts.  We will develop new behaviors and implement effective strategies for positive change. We will also strengthen coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety and set backs by creating action plans and accountability steps for success.  


CBC is beneficial for individuals from all walks of life, including professionals seeking career advancement and confidence for advancement.  Entrepreneurs overcoming self-doudt and imposter syndrome.  Students improving focus, motivation and study habits.  Individuals dealing with day to day life stress, anxiety and negative self-talk.  CBC empowers you to the change and well being you deserve.
